Simple place with great food that is hot and fast. Order starter and entree separately as they may come at the same time otherwise. Know the owner for years. Enjoy, everything is good.

Today I decided to try something different at my favorite Thai restaurant, Thai Papaya! I had the # 43 shrimp Lad na. My wife had the pad Thai.we also enjoyed a delicious glass of Thai iced tea. I'm glad I tried something different, it was quite delicious and I would have it again. Our waitress was very nice! Her name is Rin! If you decide to have thai for lunch or dinner, ask for Rin and enjoy a great meal!

Stuffed like a mosquito on a warm summer day at a nudist park. Man that was the best thai food I had since my 2017 trip to Bangkok. I had the pad see wah and chicken egg rolls with hot spice level. Food was prompt and hot. When I say flavor was with every bite I took. There wasn't a bite where my taste buds were lonely. One waiter holding down the fort. He was quick on his feet. I went with the intentions to bring back a plate for lunch tomorrow..lol. didn't turn out so well. See pic. Before and after. I seriously wanted to lick the plate. DEFINITELY A MUST GO IF IN THE AREA OF NEWPORT NEWS..You want be disappointed.

If you’re having trouble picking a place to eat, look no further. I had my first Thai food here today and loved it! They’ve set high expectations for everywhere else. I had the pad thai with duck, kanom jeeb dumplings, and chicken spring rolls. The decorations were cute too.

Impressed with the customer service and speed of service. Waitress I had very friendly and will to discuss menu options and make suggestions. Can learn also about Thailand. Food is very good for fast food.

My first time here and the vegetable spring rolls and pad Thai are delicious. The man who took my order guessed my spice level perfectly and everything couldn't taste better. I'll be going back plenty of times after this and I'm really glad it was recommended to me.

We stopped here for lunch to go on our way to Busch Gardens and were SO pleasantly surprised at the quality of our meal! We got veggie spring rolls, steamed dumplings, vegetable pad see ew, vegetable basil rice, and side of white rice for my picky eater. Everything tasted freshly prepared and very flavorful! Great vegan and vegetarian options, just ask for no egg. Will keep this on the list for future stops :)
